My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were fine, clean, and comfortable, but they always had a musty smell until after 3 pm. The service was top-notch; they even brought us a box fan to help us sleep comfortably at night. The location was great, just a short walk to the bustling River Street. However, the dining options were limited, and the Wi-Fi had an additional charge.

The hotel is situated in a prime location with a beautiful view of the river, just a 5-minute walk to the vibrant river street lined with numerous restaurants. The staff is exceptionally nice and friendly, adding to a very good stay experience. While the hotel doesn't offer complementary dining, the option to order from nearby restaurants and enjoy a meal overlooking the river is a definite plus.

The room under my window had a view of the parking lot and A/C unit, but it was exceptionally clean and surprisingly large, featuring a full sitting area and dining table. No complaints about the cleanliness and ample supplies.

The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to arrange a dinner for our special Valentine's Day. They were extremely helpful in providing valuable recommendations and assistance, creating a very satisfying experience.
